Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item back to our facility using a carrier that provides tracking services.
